To hatch in early game I move to my beach house, then put out or light fires depending on the egg. Dodo eggs, on mobile, require 2 fires. I am not sure about trike (triceratops) eggs. Also, do not grab if you find them in the wild. The trikes around you will try to kill you. All trikes, not just one.

Make sure you have 1 female and 1 male to get in a egg

you can knock them out by trank arrows or cach them by net projectiles
