-Ghost.
Hi I’m Wanda M. I just finished reading Blood wars by President Loki. I really really really liked it. It had all kinds of twists and turns. I’m thinking about writing a story. Does anybody have any ideas?
-Wanda M.
President Loki,
I read your story about Cliff and his pack. I don’t understand the ending. Bone was always the nice brother. I think he should have forgave Cliff. You’re stories are usually very good but I’m gonna be honest. I didn’t really like this one. Cliff said himself that bone was the runt. Why would he try to overthrow Cliff? It doesn’t make sense to me.

Thank you, WWT! I posted the rest at the same time as the first five… there should be eight… but I don’t know where they went. Anybody see them? Do I have to repost them?
Mobius, did you do this? Did they cause a Nexus event somehow?? Am I just really tired???????
Someone give me answers.
Please.
- RAGE ITSELF- I mean… BONE, COME GET YOUR DERANGED ALTER PERSONALITY!
- President Loki

Hello it’s me, X-23. I think there is someone impersonating me so I’m changing my name from X-23 to “Sunnyfox57”. Also check out my story “A hyena’s scars” in hyenadon and my story “jerboa travels” that starts in griffin. I just wanted to let y’all know.

Nothing Special
Three
They were three months old now, and growing faster than ever. Cliff sat just outside of their sleeping den, watching Fern and Vulture wrestle. Tree Frog was crouched nearby, watching them with narrowed eyes, her light gray pelt a silhouette in the shadows.
The longer that Cliff spent around his little siblings and the longer that their personalities swelled and grew and formed, the more of a leader he became. Not only a leader, but a peace-keeper and a rule enforcer.
Vulture was the closest to him. He was still slim, more like a cat than a wolf with his lengthy and wiry body. He loved to wrestle and assert his dominance over his sisters, but never dared challenge Cliff.
Fern was becoming muscular and wasn’t one to let Vulture win a fight. She respected all of her siblings, and ensured that all of them were included, even little Bone. She was probably the only one who interacted consistently with their littlest brother.
Tree Frog was quiet and calculative. That could be a dangerous issue with challenging him for the alpha role one day, but she wasn’t very strong and lost every wrestling match that she initiated with her siblings.
And then there was Bone… Cliff looked over at him, sitting beside their mother, listening to her stories of the ancestors AGAIN. Even after all five of them had started learning to hunt and gotten more food, Bone hadn’t filled out. He was still skinny, but not in a natural way like Vulture. His ribs showed occasionally through his fur, and if he arched his back enough, the ridges of his spine were visible. All that he cared about were the stories that their mother told; he never wanted to join their wrestling, or even their conversations. None of Cliff’s siblings liked him, but Fern made a point to be kind.
Cliff narrowed his eyes as he watched Bone, looking up at their mother with wide blue eyes, listening intently to every detail of her story. So what, he decided, if his little brother didn’t want to play fight? That gave him less of a chance being able to fight well in a challenge for the alpha role.
It was fine if Bone wanted to waste his life listening to stories of their dead relatives. He was nothing special, anyways.

Two
Cliff’s mother had told him that soon they would get to leave the den and explore the rest of their little camp, and meet the rest of their family. Only mother entered the den, her dark brown and gray fur soft and full of familiar scents, as well as new ones.
Vulture pawed at her throat as she laid inside with them, pushing his snout against her windpipe until she opened her jaws and regurgitated the hunks of meat that made up their meal. Each of Cliff’s siblings tackled the food, writhing to reach the warm, saliva-coated flesh first and eat their fill. And there was Bone, shoved to the back and avoiding his siblings’ scuffles as they battled for their mouthfuls.
Fern shoved Vulture off of another piece of their meal, taking it in her own little jaws and maneuvering her way over to Bone, where she dropped it at his feet. Their little brother mustered a smile of thanks and dove into eating, swallowing quickly before sidling away, hiding between their mother’s strong front legs.
“Enough, Vulture,” she scolded, pushing him away with her nose. “You’ve had your fill. Give your brothers and sisters a chance to eat, too.”
“Can you tell us a story about the ancestors?” came Bone’s quiet voice from where he laid in his safe spot. Cliff had to keep himself from rolling his eyes: that was all Bone wanted to hear about were ancestors, ancestors, ancestors. He never wanted to hear about the outside world, or their family, or hunting. Always the ancestors.
Their mother smiled, nodding. “Of course, little Bone,” she said gently. “Of course.”

One
Cliff’s eyes opened for the first time to find a warm light weaving its way through the woven branch canopy over his head, golden shafts reaching down and touching the soft dirt that encompassed him and his little siblings. Turning his head, excitement filling him, he looked at his siblings for the first time with a tense thrill.
He had four other siblings. He had known that already, deep in the back of his mind, if only subconsciously. Two sisters, two brothers. All of them younger than him, even if only by a few moments.
Cliff was the biggest and knew already that one day he would take over his family’s pack as the alpha. Next in the line was Fern, the eldest of the two females. She turned her own brown eyes and looked at him, her soft, caramel-colored fur rich in the shafts of light.
Then was Tree Frog, the other sister. She was light gray and just cracking open her eyelids to catch the first glimpse of light and the world.
Vulture, the little brother, was about the same size as Tree Frog, just a little longer. Almost black and lithe, he was Cliff’s favorite to play with, rough with his mouth but submitting. Cliff liked when his siblings would submit to him.
Then finally was their runt, Bone. He was skinny, oh so skinny, his gray-blue-brown fur clinging to his skeleton without any muscle to back up his frame. Cliff was shocked that the littlest littermate hadn’t starved yet.
He watched as Vulture wiggled to his feet, pouncing on top of Fern and wrestling her into the ground. Bone dodged away from their tromping feet. He didn’t like to play. Something was off about him, Cliff could feel it.
This is my family, my pack, Cliff thought proudly as Tree Frog tromped around their little den, exploring with her new eyesight. I’ll lead them one day. But for now… I’ll watch. I’ll watch them and get to know them and be there for them. He looked over at Bone, who had his frighteningly blue eyes fixated on his soft-furred paws. And I’ll watch that one, just to make sure. I’m sure that he’s fine. He’s nothing special.

Okay, our brains are much more similar than I first thought... what you just described for Folds of Insanity sounds like what I was thinking.
Hehe... heh...
~CL1 may be a little freaked out.
(P.S.) I kindly request Canary gets a small cameo or something. She is DEFINENTLY in the Opposite lol.
Sorry, there are no tips. Be the first to add one!
Helicopters are on the way :)
- President Loki
Ok guys, admit it. Someone keeps impersonating me. I don’t know who it is but they keep doing it. I wrote “Seeing with more than eyes” , “the songbird”, and “the paw print path” here on Dododex but I didn’t write “the Shadowmanes curse”. Idk who is but pls STOP! I’m legitimately wondering is it one of u?! Pls stop! #FF4L. ✌️
-A VERY angry Ghost.

Fun. So like, in forty years you’ll be able to write a short story, because A Lone Howl takes forever… hhhhhhhhhhhhh…
“What does the doggie say? Bow wow. What does the kitty say? Meow meow. What does the moo cow say? AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!”
Ahem, anyways…
I’ve got nothing. :/
- President Loki
Nope, thought it was limerickist until the braincells that hold most of my intelligence kicked in like: "Hey, you know you're saying it wrong, right?
And the Canary thing sounds good to me! Do what you want with it. When you finish I might make a little short about Canary meeting Outlander in the forever grounds.
