The Dodo Empire part 3
I refuse! I will not bow down to a dodo! I don’t care who he thinks he is! Dilos eat Dodos for breakfast!
Anyways my total defiance to DTG’s self given authority finally got to me. He finally got online, and I was online too. That very same day I had recently mysteriously lost my beloved direwolf Twilight. I was in no mood for a tyrant today. He took one look around and decided I was a problem. He demanded his saddle back, and I refused, even taunting him with it. So he demoted me. Later, on the discord I talked to Snek and found out she had been brainwashed by DTG’s teachings. Swamp Guy was the same way. They sang his praises while I went against the flow, telling them the truth. It didn’t go so well for me. I may be out of the tribe. It’s not official yet, but it’s not looking good. After all the work I’ve put into it. Only to be thrown out. Well if it comes to that they better watch out. I may not be the noob I made myself out to be.

The Dodo Empire part 2
On the new server I got to work. I started a farm to get narcotics and I got a ton. I spent hours collecting wood, thatch, and stone after Snek asked me too. I got over 500 gunpowder in one day! I did a lot because I was determined to prove my worth. I had two things I loved the most, my special raft that had a perfectly designed house on it, and my lv 175 direwolf named Twilight. Now while I was doing all of this along with the others DTG was no where to be found. He would do a bit of commanding on the discord but other than that he just disappeared. So I didn’t think much of our “king”. Now DTG pteranodon that had a saddle on it and one day Silver asked me for a saddle because she was high enough lv for one yet. Now I wasn’t high enough lv either, but there was an unused saddle sitting right there. So I took it with out a second thought and gave DTG’s saddle to Silver. Then, DTG and me started talking on the discord.

I thought stegosauraus because that has been my favorite dino since I was two. I recently tamed one and it was my second happiest ark moment, my first was killing a alpha raptor with my sister.

Chapter ten.
“NOOO!” Crimson howled with fury. He bit down hard on the fenrir holding him down. It yelped and let go. Crimson lunged at Hazel knocking her out of the way. The fenrir who had been about to end Hazel bit down on him.
Hazel was hit by something so hard and fast she flew a short distance and hit a tree. She could hardly move much less breath. “C-crimson?” She saw the fenrir over him and then… it bit down on him. She opened her mouth to scream or something but she could not breath. It was about to bite down again on her when it stopped. A wolf flew through the air and attacked it, then four more wolves, then about fifty more came flooding out of a cave in the mountain. The fenrirs where no match for them. They fled from the wolves. One of the wolves trotted up to Hazel. “Are you okay?” He asked Hazel opened her mouth and let out a sob. She got to her paws and hobbled over to Crimson collapsing on his lifeless body. “Crimson? Crimson pls no! Don’t leave me!” She sobbed. Crimson did not move.
Slowly, softly, Hazel sang in a trembling voice:
“Heart beats fast. Colors and
promises. How to be brave? How
can I love when I’m afraid to fall?
but watching you stand alone all of my
doubt suddenly goes away somehow. One
step closer… I have died everyday waiting for you. Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years…I’ll love you for a thousand years”
She stopped singing, her sobs getting the best of her. “Crimson.” She whispered. “I love you.” She continued sobbing. Around her the warrior wolves stood silently watching. From behind the clouds a rainbow shone brightly and colorfully. It shone over her and Crimson, bathing them in its enchanting light. Suddenly, miraculously Crimson’s eyes blinked. He stared into Hazel’s eyes. “Hazel?” He asked. Hazel gasped in wonder…
The epilogue.
Seven years later…
“Now first thing you do after you find your prey is crouch, like so.” “then you pounce. Got it?” Hazel watched as her husband Crimson taught their children how to hunt. They had two daughters (Rose and Emmy) and one son (Victor). “Can I try?” Rose and Emmy asked in union. “No! Let me try!” Victor said. Crimson caught Hazel’s eye. She smiled at him. She trotted up to him pressing against him, then she licked the side of his snout. He licked her back. “How about mommy go first? Hmm?” Hazel asked. “You know, show daddy how it’s done.” She said nudging Crimson playfully. Crimson gave a exaggerated frown… And so they lived and loved each other for the rest of their lives and still whenever other creatures pass through the forest they can still find the paw print path they made all the way to the mountain…

Chapter nine.
“We’re only one day away!” Hazel said excitedly. “Will you be staying at the mountain?” Crimson asked her. Hazel looked down. “No,” she said. “no I don’t think so, I’m done being stuck in a cave hiding.” Crimson’s heart dropped but he didn’t know why. He hardly knew Hazel. And yet… there was something about her. He watched her lower her head and lap water from the river. She raised her head and looked at him. He looked away feeling guilty though he done nothing wrong. “What is it?” She asked. “Nothing.” He said a little too quickly. “I’m just happy we’re almost there.” They walked till they were at the foot of the mountain not stopping to rest. “We’re here.” Crimson said astounded. Hazel looked around. “I wonder where the entrance is.” She pondered. “I don’t…” Crimson paused in his speech. Then he heard it. Growling. Crimson gave a groan. “Not again.”

Chapter eight.
Their progress was slow. Crimson had gotten injured both from the attack of the finrirs and the hyenas so he was rather slow. And though he refused to admit it to Hazel he was hurting. Gradually though they learned to trust each other. Hazel hunted for both of them since Crimson was too weak.
“We’re about six days away from the mountain.” Hazel said sniffing the air. Crimson nodded but didn’t say anything. “So… you got any family at the mountain?” Hazel asked as they began to cross a river. Crimson shook his head. “No, not that I know of.” Hazel rubbed against him. “Well we’ll have each other.” She said, then seemingly embarrassed she backed off and went to “scout ahead” Crimson watched as Hazel gracefully hopped from stone from stone across the river. Crimson tried in vain to hop to the next stone after Hazel but slipped and plunged face first into the water. He pulled himself out of the water and climbed up back into the rock he had slipped off, sputtering and spitting from getting water on his face. A sound Crimson hadn’t heard in a long time came from up ahead where Hazel was. He looked over at Hazel. She was laughing, not at him but because she thought it was funny. Her melodious laughter rang through the air. Crimson smiled at her. She smiled back at him. Then to his surprise she trotted up to him and licked him sweetly on the side of his snout. She then bounded to the next rock and looked back at him, as if daring him to follow her. He happily did so…

Chapter seven.
Although Crimson had let Hazel “tag along” he still didn’t trust her. She was always so happy. Why? Didn’t she say that she had no family? So why was she so joyful? She seemed almost oblivious to the dangers of the forest. She was always talking as well. What was wrong with her? She was doing it now too. “I always wondered why us wolves live in caves.” She said. “Haven’t you?” “I mean they are sorta cold and dark and…” Suddenly Crimson snapped. “NO, I HAVE NOT! WILL YOU JUST STOP TALKING!” “WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS SO HAPPY?!” He yelled. “DO YOU CARE THAT YOUR FAMILY IS GONE?!” He stopped, breathing heavily. “Crimson I’m sorry…” Hazel began. Crimson cut her off before she could continue. “No just go.” He said. “What?” Hazel asked. “GO.” He said again. Hazel’s ears dropped and her tail drooped between her hind legs. She walked slowly away then disappeared from his sight into another part of the woods. Crimson then continued walking walking his wound for some reason hurting more than they were earlier.
Crimson walked till nightfall then curled up next to a large tree. He was unable to catch anything to eat because his wounds slowed him down. He suddenly regretted sending Hazel away. Not only was she good company but he liked her. There was a strange feeling that came upon him every time he thought of her. He was falling asleep when something moved in his peripheral vision. He sat up and looked. Yellow eyes watched him. “Hazel?” He asked hopefully. A giggle came from the creature. Then it laughed hysterically. From his other side something laughed. Well it wasn’t Hazel. From the shadows hyenas came laughing and giggling. “Well, well what have we here.” One laughed. “A injured wolf.” Another giggled. “Leave me alone.” The weakened Crimson growled. “It would be a shame to leave him injured.” A hyena said. “Better to put him out of his misery.” Crimson was surrounded. One lunged at Crimson’s biting down on his shoulder. Crimson bit the hyena back and flung it. But more advanced. They where all over him biting and nipping him. Crimson was no match for them. He was going to die. But then something happened. Something rammed into the pack of hyenas knocking them off Crimson. A wolf stood over Crimson while the hyenas circled. “You want him?” The wolf growled. “You’ll have to kill me first!” A hyena lunged at the wolf. The wolf bit the hyena around the neck before it her. She flung the hyena. The rest of the hyenas charged her but they were no match. They went down one by one until they finally fled howling with embarrassment. The wolf looked down with her bright hazel eyes. “You ok down there?” She asked. “Hazel?” Crimson said surprised. Hazel grinned. “I told you that you weren’t in fit to travel alone.” Crimson smiled glad to have her back.
Later they found a new campsite just in case the hyenas decided to come back. They laid down to rest. “Hazel?” Crimson asked. Hazel looked up. “Yeah?” She asked. “Im sorry for what I said.” He said. “It’s ok.” She sighed. “I know I always seem so happy but it’s just…” she took a deep breath. “Before my mother died she told me that sadness comes and sadness goes but we shouldn’t hold on to it and one day all the ones we love…” she looked up at the sky. “we’ll see them again.” She said.

The paw print path-
Chapter two.
Finally after trodding a short distance they came to the meadow. Here is where most of the wolves that lived in the area taught their offspring to hunt. There were plenty of dodos, jerboas and other prey to practice on. “Now,” began Fang who was demonstrating. “first thing you do is spot your prey.” He motioned to a jerboa. “then you crouch…” they all crouched in the brush so that they were hidden from the jerboa. “The you…. POUNCE!” Fang sprang into the air and caught the squirming little jerboa between his paws. Crimson looked at Rosie. She sat there stunned with awe of her father’s hunting tactics. “Now,” continued Fang calmly. “you finish off the prey.” In one quick motion he bit the jerboa around the neck killing it instantly. “Can I try Dad?” Rosie asked. “Please?” She begged. “Now now Rosie.” Amy said. “I think Crimson should go first.” Rosie grunted then said in a whiney voice: “Fine.” Crimson trotted up to his father. They searched till they found a dodo not far away. Crimson crouched, with his prey in sight then pounced! He landed on top off the Dodo claws first . “Good job Crimson.” Fang said. “Now finish it off.” Crimson took a deep breath then bared his teeth and suck them into the dodo. He could taste the blood seeping from the dodo. He let go. “I did it.” He said proudly. “Good job.” Amy said grinning. “Now it’s Rosie’s turn..”

Intro.
Crimson was a dire wolf. He lived with his mother Amy, his father Fang and his little sis Rosie. They lived in a cave in the forest and that is where our story begins…
Chapter one.
Crimson awoke to feel his little sister Rosie jumping up and down on his back. “Crimson,Crimson!” She barked. “The moon’s gone, the moon’s gone the sun is up!” Crimson groaned and rolled away from her. “L-leave me b-be.” He yawned. But Rosie persisted. She came and stuck her snout in his face. “Pls Crimson.” She begged looking at him with her sweet little hazel eyes. “Mommy and Daddy said we can go hunting with them and they’ll teach us how to.” “Fine.” Crimson said knowing she wouldn’t stop till she got him up. Rosie yelped with delight. She raced round and round the room then sat on her haunches in front of Crimson, her tail wagging excitedly. Crimson rolled out of his bed of leaves and stretched. “All right I’m up.” He said gruffly. Rosie ran from the room to the room where the parents were. “Y’all ready to go?” Amy asked. Together the family headed to go hunting in the meadow…

Chapter 3: Apex Of My World (part 1)
“Whiplash?”
Shira’s worried voice barely reached my ears- I was fixated on the monkeys. I saw the worried look on Shira’s face out of the corner of my eye and it snapped me out of it. The monkeys had long past and I had to comfort her. We walked back, all the while I reassured and soothed her. The dragon-lizards had sent their best after the monkeys and their eggs, and our leaders insured the safety of our young and females. Shira was told to stay with me, and I to stay with Shira. Malice, a Shadowmane about our age tried to get Shira to stay with him (he kept trying to win over her and treated me as a lesser, I hated him for it) but Shira and I snuck away. We decided that a stroll through the forest was the way to ease our minds.
We trekked through the bushes along a small path deep into the forest when the light in the sky was past its peak. Shira lay down and I curled up beside her. We grew weary. Our eyelids became heavier and heavier, and in the end we fell asleep. I dreamed- I dreamed of the monkeys and their behemoth; of Shira and her beauty; and of fish. Of plump, juicy fish that could fill you for weeks splashing about in the water. I could see it in my head, I could smell it… I could TASTE it. Mmmm… wait… I could TASTE IT! I startled awake. Shira woke too.
“Whiplash, what’s…” she was too tired to finish her sentence. Then she caught it too. The scent of the monkeys. We cloaked and ran about everywhere, searching for them. In the end we found a pig with a metal cage on its back, and a metal pole jutting out of the metal cage. It was foraging about for berries, and it smelled of the monkeys. I drew back, ready to strike but I received an impact to my side. It immobilised me- I couldn’t move. I heard something coming towards me. I couldn’t see it. I was gonna die.
“NOOO!” Shira leaped into action, her eyes blazing her fangs slicing. Their weapons were crushed under her bite and their pig struck dead by her claws. She came and cut me free of the web, but a monkey had snuck round and pointed their fire stick at my head. My eyes opened wipe with fear as I thought I took my last breath. But he didn’t fire. He panicked. He waved his stick around, as if he couldn’t see us. I looked at my paw, and I was… cloaked? I wasn’t cloaking, so how…I turned round and saw Shira, her eyes wide in fear and her jaw hanging open- and she was cloaking me. We stood there for what seemed like an eternity, but a whimper from the monkey snapped us out of it. I turned round and finished him in one blow. As we began walking back to the pack, it was all we could talk about. You see, only a female Shadowmane who had found her mate could cloak others, and a male Shadowmane who had found his mate can muster a call the shakes the very worlds our God made for us. Shira had found her mate. Me. She was blushing the whole way until we saw it: the behemoth. It roared and swooped towards us, but I wasn’t letting anyone touch her. So long as I lived, Shira WILL be safe. I sprung towards it before it could reach the ground and grappled with its neck in my steel jaw. I thrashed around it and it burned me with its flames: but I drew so much blood from it that it was forced to pull away. I left a scar that ran the whole way down its neck to its wing joint. I fell back down and climbed up a rock to see it off. I let out a cry that shook the ground beneath us, and I felt complete. I had done as our God made us to do: to kill those monkeys. I had killed one, and I had the power coursing through my veins to fell any foe: and that is exactly what I would’ve done if that behemoth stayed. I looked down on Shira and saw the glow in her eyes and I realised it too: we were a couple now. We spent the whole time next to each other, our shoulders side by side as we made our way back to the pack.
When we got there, we went to our pride’s leader, Conquest, and told him about what happened and Shira cloaked me and I showed that power to prove it. He gathered us all together to announce it: the union of our families. Whiplash and Shira. After the announcement and everyone’s congratulations, Malice came up to Shira and said:
“You chose that idiot over me? I have everything! No one is stronger than me! And you go after him? Pff- it’s cause you blinked your pretty little brown eyes at him isn’t it?”
“They’re green,” Replied Shira, blinking rapidly at him and continuing: “And besides, you almost peed your silly little heart out when you saw that beast- and Whiplash took thrashed open its neck. I bet you could never pull that off, like the way you’ll never get a girl.”
I laughed at that- he just got violated. He came up to me and slashed at my face with his claws.
Gonna attempt my third tale… Thanks for the support President Loki!
Chapter 2: Beginning, or the end?
There we were, Whiplash and Shira, two Kitty-Cats playing along the shoreline, heading towards our pack.
We could just about see them- our pack, I mean- and we were slowly strolling towards them. I enjoyed Shira’s company, and I think she enjoyed mine. We crossed the shallows of the lake to where our pride was positioned, and we stayed just to the edge of them by some bushes. We knew that our siblings and parents would want to chat, so… We kinda stayed out of sight for a little while. We accepted that it would seem odd if someone found us here and the longer we stayed the more likely we were to be found, so we emerged from the bushes, expecting us to swarmed by our siblings, but- nothing. There was nothing. No one. I sniffed the ground and Shira pricked the feather-like ears on her head. She stopped and listened. I was sniffing with my head close to the ground, but I couldn’t help myself- I gazed at her through the corner of my eye, and I was stunned by her serenity, how she moved as softly and flowing like the fish in the lake but as quick and sharp as the Talons of enormous birds of prey that inhabit the mountains. It was only the scent of my family that snapped me out of it. “They’re close,” I stated. I had the scent.
I tracked them through the bush. Shira followed close, but unlike the other Shadowmanes who had found or ‘officially stated’ their union she couldn’t cloak others, like how I couldn’t roar to call and rally my family and pack. So, we crawled, uncloaked, tracking our families through the bushes. We got to a small pile of rocks that looked like they were… Stacked there? I sniffed about it. The scent was strong. I pawed my way through but before I could fully excavate it a flash of purple and a sharp, strong claw pinned me to the ground as I received a warning roar, the sharp, serrated teeth of my own mother baring down on me. Mum saw it was me, relaxed and panicked. “Where were you!? Are you hurt? Did they get you? Oh come inside the both of you!” She bombarded us with commands and questions faster than those speeding bipedal shrub shewers. She cloaked us and took us into the cave they were hiding in, and covered the entrance. We asked what was happened, and there were mutters of 2-legged fire-shooting… monkeys? I said I was going back outside but Shira was told to stay. She whimpered but I told her I’d be back. I came out- I was next to the shadow-lizard cave, where I heard shouts and fire. They weren’t lying- there were monkeys that spat fire from their arms, and wore pieces of plants I’d never seen before! They clutched an egg, purple and black, and heavy, in their arms as they ran, but the pursuing lizards from the cave were pushed back by an almighty burst of flame- It came from a dragon that had one of the monkeys seated in the ridges of its back and they flew off but not before they took a glance at me and the other males of the pack- and you could see the glisten in their eyes, the malice and evil of what they were going to do. To do to us. But, if that dragon trusted them… What if it wasn’t evil? If they had calmed a beast like that and earned its trust… But what could not be calmed was the insatiable fury and wrath of those lizards. One snapped a tree in half just to throw it in the direction of the escapees, and Shira came up behind me.
“Whiplash?”

Listen guys, we are all being idiots. Except swamp guy. He is the only one with sense. He never sent hate mail to anyone about torture or crimes. He told us the truth. We are not being sensible or using our brains. We have to realize that if we are to fix all this. This is no longer a matter of fighting for justice. It is for bringing fanfictioners back. We have already lost 2 to our dumb mistakes. If we don’t fix this, we may lose more. If you all have sense, you will listen do this. If you care for this community, you will listen to this. If you all are still the same people you were before this, we will be able to work together, rebuild, bring seasnake and swamp guy back, and make the title of fanfictioner a title to be proud of. If I see more hate mail after 2 days of seeing this post go up, I don’t know if we have hope.
