1. I thought Bone might take a coyote just to satisfy his blood thrist. If that isn't a plausible reason, maybe ... no thats genuinely all I've got. Maybe they could be enemies for another reason?

2. I was gonna name the story I originally wrote Outcast for "The Blood War" since she would be caught in a war between the coyotes and wolves, both of which she shares blood with. That doesnt really work here, but hopefully it sparks some inspiration.
