Ah, your finally here! So, you know as I’ve been ruling the oceans, and you clearly don’t want me on land I’ll give you a task, and if you complete it I will only rule the ocean. Why only the ocean? I’ve got the sea king’s mark, meaning I am the king of the ocean and every creature will die for me! Killing me would result in… giant, ear-piercing giant leviathan-like monstrosities trying to kill you for all eternity! I’m getting off track, so to the point! If you can retrieve a kraken’s shard, which are very rare and hard to get because it’s in the kraken’s trench and it’s death down there. All you need to do is swim around, don’t let the giant tentacles grab you, and retrieve the shard, and that’s all! Do you accept it? Actually, here’s some information on the kraken. It’s a giant creature that lives in a giant trench that goes very, very deep. It’s giant tentacles grab things that float nearby, and it leaves a shard of a spike from its tentacle, which is what your gonna retrieve! If it grabs you, fight against it and DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT let it pull you under one million meters, or it’s death for you! Why? Well one, crush depth, and two, you’ll start hallucinating and be so scared you won’t fight back, and three? Oh, you’ll figure that one out yourself… :). So, do you accept this task?

It was so easy to make I that it was harder
Swim to the bottom of the ocean (on the Island) without any weapons. I’ve done it lots of times, once I even managed to stay at the bottom for one minute before an alpha mosa ate me.

As 1, 2, and 3 bring Melody to Lamprey’s throne room, Melody is screaming for help

Melody suddenly stops at Lamprey’s deep voice as it boomed, showing anger.
Now, 1 and 3, tie her up and keep her in a prison right next to my throne room, because then we know what happens then.
1 “Alright, but what about our rewards?”
Ah yes, your rewards. Do you want better weapons and armor, or Ooo, perhaps a magical weapon?
2 “I’ll go with better armor and weapons.”
1 “Same here.”

As it had been decided, Lamprey created quite sharp, and terrifying weapons for the trio, along with lightweight but strong armor
Do another mission successfully and I can improve your gear even further, but for now we are to trap Melody here in the prison right next to here.
2 “The closest thing we have to a prison in your throne room is a cage.”
Right, tie her up so she won’t try any spells, and I’ll make sure to feed her so she stays alive.
3 “Alright, call us when you need us for your next mission.”
1, 2, and 3 exit the room after tying up Melody and trapping her in the cage.
So Melody, tell me about your mother, won’t you? I’ll tell you about me if you do so.

As Melody gives out information about Queen Shadow, Lamprey tells not too obvious lies about himself.
