This is better at getting thach, flint,metal, and meat than the hachet

These also deal torpor at 1 torpor for every 2 damage inflicted (you can sometimes knock out a carbonemys trying to kill it with one) but it is not recommended for taming as you will almost certainly kill your target before it gets knocked out.

The ONLY way to get better versions of this weapon is to loot blue loot drops in the swamp cave and hope you're lucky and get a physical item of one of these (they dont drop blueprints)
