Reaper Pheromone Glands are obtained by defeating Reaper Kings or Queens and are used when raising a baby Reaper. Consume one shortly before the baby emerges to prevent it from attacking you, and keep the newborn in a secure pen to protect nearby creatures. Glands may also be required for certain boss encounters even if the Reaper was raised without one.
