I would advise having rock drakes before you tame this. That can easily be done with a bloodstalker. Gather a large quantity of drake eggs (5-10) and surround a large area with either behemoth or regular dino gates and throw the eggs everywhere on the ground then it will tame as soon as it's hungry because the eggs are everywhere.

Be careful. Also the Rock Drake eggs can be found on Aberration in the Hazard zone.

They can be found in volcanic biome.

You can find some in crystal isles at the great forest head to the north get metal for the saddle the rest is self explanatory

For some reason, this saddle takes the exact same amount of rescorces to craft as a roll rat saddle.

Do genesis missions to get saddles their armour value doesnt really matter in pvp as basilisks are support tames
