To people saying it's hard to get: I'm not sure if it can work on pc because I think you get damage from going deep into the ocean. I just started a new world on ark mobile 3 days ago on hard mode, am 36 level now with 2 ichthyosaurus and took one for a swim just today, found these things on the bottom of the ocean near the map border hiding in coral reefs and decided to kill them. It was easy escaping other creatures with ichthyosaurus and got bile. Didn't know what to do with it so came here to tips. Saw people telling it's hard to get, thought to help others. Also found them on Long 35 to Long 37, lat 90 or just at the southern border. Hope this helps! Also my ichthyosaurus is level 56, just tamed one like 2 hours ago lol

use a diplocaulus and go a lil further up and evade all sharks and obstacles you won’t run out of oxygen
