They are everywhere underwater so just grab an underwatertame like an baryonix and just swim to the bottom of the ocean.(don't forget a divers tank)And you got loads, and even oil is in masses , but there's also dangerous dinos.But a good level bary can easily kill or outswim enemy dinos.(and ocean drops with really good loot also spawn there)

Go to ocean in Genesis and look for large clams, there everywhere and you can also get some fish meat out of them.

To find this in normal world search for some oysters which are white and can be found near water

On ragnarok in viking bay take a anglerfish inside the cave but the boat underwater and there will be loads of silica, brings scuba tank and I won't have to go back for a while.
