The info is outdated, it's currently used to tame Megatheriums on mobile. Megatheriums are found inside dungeons and you need to revive them to tame them.

Uses raw mutton not fish, I’m on Nintendo switch.

This is a lot easier to make than Extraordinary Kibble, and makes taming Megalanias much easier. Just get some Bio Toxin, and you've got a wall-crawling lizard!
