Not recommended to use this for taming since if a creature gets knocked out by one you wont be able to access its inventory, you also have to put two of these together for the tripwire to work so thats 30 narcotics plus other stuff used in exchanged for 240 torpidity when 30 narcotics would give 1200 torpidity, these narcotics are better spent in tranq arrows since tranq arrows give 4 times the amount of torpidity for every one narcotic is spent on it.
Meaning that this only has use in multiplayer.

I have a question, in offline sv, can we get hit from our own trap? Because in some sv, while taming a dino at night, it’s really dark, it’s topo ran down really fast, i ran around to get more narco berry, and there’s a Japanese guy kept flying around me with argen. I thought he just fly around for fun, but nope, he dropped a lot of bear-traps around me, and I got trap, and I can’t feed the taming dino so it woke up and ate me. Bruh how??? I really angry 😡
