Since i forgot to put my name in my last tip about how tô craft it in a cheaper way, i'll add some more tips.

First tip, this thing can craft Scouts ( the drone thingies ) and Enforcers. They may be only primitive if you don't have a blueprint, but they are cool and can still be useful ( Scouts can repair Meks ).

Second tip, Rhyniognatha can grab and carry this around.

Third tip, it counts as a wooden structure for some reason, be careful in PvP.

Fourth tip, in case you got the unstable element engram, element dust is available in every map that has Tek Dinos in it, 1000 ele dust is one unstable element which turns into normal element after some time, pretty easy to get it if you have a Tek Dino Farm.

How the heck are you supposed to get 10,000 raw metal?!

To craft this in the cheapest way possible, use scrap metal ingots ( easy to make a farm for and harvest with a delicate harvest theri, you should be able to make a simple farm and you probably already got a theri, it is also easy to get in case you don't have one. Scrap metal is a 1:1 instead of a 2:1 conversion rate, also cooks alongside normal metal iirc ) and 380 HARD polymer, for the 620 left, you can use organic polymer or corrupted nodules.

In Ark Ascended & evolves this engram is unlocked after completing ANY boss fight(minus Moeder master of the Ocean), you must craft it at an Obelisk or Supply drop. Crafts anything 12x faster. Takes 1 element to run for exactly 9 minutes on official PvE. Has 600 item slots and is unusable by anyone without the engram learned. It fits on a single foundation but needs a 3x3x5 to fully conceal.

The game says it can be crafted in a Fabricator, but on my single player PvE world, it had to be created in an Obelisk.

You only can craft it after defeating a boss

They can be cursed if built in radiation it will randomly delete some stuff no I’m not kidding

It cannot be crafted in fabricator on single player mode.
