So for those that don't know for mobile or any version of ark you have to beat bosses or dungeons to get Tekgrams. But in order to craft a Tek item I believe you need a fabricator. I'm on the original version of ark mobile and I was confused. But I found out with research.

Can be used for easy travel if you don’t have the other armour unlocked and can be used while encumbered.
