You are probably here for the narcoberries, let's be honest.... Triceratops's are beasts at gathering narcos at an early level, but i would recommend diplos for their insane weight, pretty easy taming and fast speed. Brontos movement speed is too slow.

Tame a morelatops with these berries

tame moschops for woood thatch fiber and berries all in one

If you’re on Mobile, tame a moschops. These guys can gather berries, thatch and a bit of wood easily when they are put on wander. If you play on PC they have much harder taming foods.

Megatheriums are super ez to gain early game advantage. They are great for harvesting berries and chitin . Easily tamable in the redwoods. Use a standard 2x2 stone foundation trap. Lure in. Tranq out. Food to tame is Sweet Honey . Also easily obtainable in the redwoods as well. Just use a crossbow with a grapple hook to a honey hive in the redwoods trees and you gain a stack of 5. Transfer honey to megatherium and bang bang. Early game monster.

The Beaver is underrated in terms of berries. It should be at least in the top 10.

Tame bronto or diplodocus because they both eat berries

Use any ( well some ) herbivores to get berries more faster!

Tbh the best thing for getting berries for me is a brontro but ppl say iguanas are good for low lvl people personally I think they are please save some time taming a para and tame a iguana

You can tame a ferox with berries

To whatever idiot said parasours are better than an iguanadon shut your mouth because of you do a xp run on 1x you can easily hit lvl 60 just on the island and then if you do it on 2x evo event you get like lvl75 then you can do an ext xp run then Gen1 and Gen2 xp run and then you don’t even need a crap tame like a taked para or ig. Just go for a wyv then farm points for narc arrows. Tame a Rex on valg. Then run missions for easy points or ele veins for easy ele and osds for loot and bam you got tek after a little bit of farming.

By the way this is from a solo 1x player so y’all are stupid if you can’t realize this game is just this easy
