They can be dropped by alpha mosas, and when you equip this on a rocket launcher it will make rocket propelled grenades that you shoot make an exploding sound followed by pops and have red, white, and blue particles. (Meant to sound like fireworks)

Be mindful even though they are fireworks, the thing you're launching them through is a very dangerous weapon
