Baby dodos give prime meat. Not very much, but they’re so easy to breed/hatch/get that it’s more worth it than a t-rex. I recommend incubating the eggs until they’re a few seconds to hatching, bringing to an unconscious predator, hatching them, and then feeding them to the predator. If you can bring yourself to kill baby dodos it’s a great strategy. Up so more people see.

How to tame basically any carnivore with raw prime meat:

Get some female rexes and a male rex. Get them to lay fertilised eggs. Incubate the eggs until they are a few seconds from hatching and pick them up. Knock out what you want to tame and starve it for the amount of time indicated on Dododex (note: if you’re taming royal griffins on mobile, you’ll need to starve it for ~60% more time than what Dododex says). Then, put down a bunch of standing torches, light them, throw down your eggs, and hatch the baby Rexes. Kill the babies and harvest their bodies with a good carnivore or good pickaxe. Finally, transfer all the raw prime meat to the knocked out dino’s inventory and it should instantly tame. The nice thing about this is that your new carnivorous friend was sleeping so it won’t know that you just murdered some babies and won’t think you’re a monster, and the female Rexes won’t see you killing their children, so you can just tell them their children died of “natural causes”.

On mobile. For beginners, Titanoboas are probably the easiest way to get prime meat. They have a 3× Ranged Damage multiplier on their head so just back away from them while repeated shooting with a bow. On the other hand there are a ton of dangerous predators where the boas normally live so bring some dinos with u. (Dilos are a good choice)

Or perhaps, u would find the next choice much more favorable...

For a less aggressive, but arguably much stronger prey, Paraceratherium is the one that I personally find to be the best meat-giver. Where u would get, say, 7 prime from a diplo (also a great source for beginners becuz of they never harm u directly, only pushy and shovey) u would get double that amount from a paracer. As soon as u have a pair of high level, mate boosted dilos, u can try this method. Whistle attack on a low level paracer and support ur dilos with a bow. Let ur dilos harvest the body for u if u don't have metal tools yet. Quick and easy with only minimal risk of losing ur life or ur tames.

Listen mobile players if u want to get raw prime meat go the the mountains and kill Argentavis it the best way and harvest with a metal pick

Guys- all those tips about, “hey, make a Rex farm to get easy prime meat” is relatively useless- people came here to learn how to get the Rexes in the first place. If anyone has any other tips (not commit mass murder on every diplo in a 7 mile radius) I think it would be helpful to post it
