TLC idea I had

First off this thing NEEDS a tlc, probably more then the Therizinosaurus the Giga and the Megalosaurus as all of those have a use. The Pelagornis really does not. A better early game flyer is the PT, which gets a saddle before the Pelagornis. Though the Pelagornis is good at gathering polymer and fish meat there are better things for it. Now onto my idea.

First size this thing up to an argent, and give it a much better model.

Allow this thing to dive, to grab fish. Then give it a buff similar to the Baryonyx when eating fish.

Allow it to grab smaller creatures/fish in its beak, like modern day seagulls do.

Give it a swarm buff, as modern day seagulls do swarm.

Now this is all good but nothing amazing, and if I were to keep up with the past TLCs I would take some creative liberties.

Allow the Pelagornis to shot out a beam of water. Okay let me explain. It would functionally be like the lighting Wyvern. This beam would be able to knock flyers out of the air IF they land a head shot, be able to de-flame Pryomane, and be used as just a ranged attack. To keep the water stored you would dive into the water, and over time it would evaporate. This would be good for keeping near the water and keeping the seabird theme. Overall I think this isn’t a bad idea.
