That was brighthorn, another pachy apprentice and redhorns best friend, Redhorn growled and heaved himself up to follow brighthorn out of the cave, it was just dawn, redhorn could already see Bulkskull organizing the patrols to make sure the pachys from other clans stay out of leafclans territory, there’s six different clans in the crater, leafclan his clan lives in the forest, skyclan they live in the rocky mountains high up, rainclan lives near a river where it’s always humid and rains often, and fogclan, they live in a meadow where thick fog often drifts, and finally, spirit clan is where warriors go in death, to watch over the clans, nobody knows where pachys unworthy go, but it’s not to spirit clan.

The four clans often fight over territory, Especially in bushbare, the berry bushes start to die, and leafclan often has to resort to eating the bark of trees, it’s not enough to keep them sustained trough the entire bushbare, but it’s enough to keep them going until pachys find a bush with berry’s, or until They grow back in Greenleaf, “redhorn!” Yellowstripes voice called him from his thoughts, yellowstripe was his mentor- “redhorn!” The voice called again, “coming yellowstripe!” -BoXXy (go read the prologue if you haven’t)
