On Lost Colony tame a Bat and fly directly above it. Shoot it in the head preferably with tranq darts. Once it is in a daze land next to it get on top and balance the mucus ball rolling small dinos up simultaneously rolling over the icicles it launches. It will throw you off after the tiner ends or if you try and roll up something large like a mammoth or wooly rhino or structure.
