Best tip yet, tame a fjord hawk first because then you can just run in find the egg you want and spawn at a bed and it will give you the items you lost (the egg) rinse and repeat and it works with all eggs just make sure the hawk is on your shoulder. to tame the hawk which you could literally just use a level 5 kill a bronto or some other big dinos and it shouldnt take long to tame bc the hawk tames by eating corpses and effectiveness is determined by weight so bigger is better.
