How to summon:

-Step one: obtain the Necronomicon of the mad Arab, Abdul Alhazred

-Step two: find a suitable location and draw several symbols from the book

-Step three: prepare a sacrifice, a shinehorn or ovis will do, it is better if you use a tribemate though

-Step four: chant: Iä, Iä, Cthulhu fhtagn! Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn! (Best done with a crowd of other people, all wearing ritual robes and masks)

Oh hang on, that’s not what you’re meant to do… well, too late now, you have summoned Cthulhu and destroyed reality. Hope this was helpful ;)
