How to tame: Plus story:
They are super easy to tame on the island. If you go to the arctic with a fly mount, primal rifle with shocking tranquilizer darts in it. I found a pack, sat on a rock that they canβt climb and shot them. It only took like 2-5 per wolf.(depending on the level) they were super easy to tame and are really good mounts. They take no saddle and jump good if you level it up right. You can also see a little health bar type thing on animals. White= dead. Yellow=halfway dead. Red=just about dead. (Atleast on Xbox)
Story Time!
I found out how to tame them and fell in love. My first one was a neon pink and red one. I named her Bloody Mary cause she looked like a Mary and had the red like blood. I promised her I would get her a pack. Now I have 6 or 7 pack leaders and my main direwolf is a neon green one with bright pink socks. Ofc I named her socks. It is hard to find direwolves on my island map now. I have about 80-90 direwolves. I love them and I have so many different colors and combinations. I have so R-Direwolves and I love them. By far Direwolves are my favorite non-Fly mount.
