If you ever see one of these, no matter what level, just get a trike. Time your attacks as the theri runs up to you and the knockback will ensure that you never get hit. Theoretically you could even use a level 1 trike, but a level 30 with some points in health and melee is more than enough to solve your problems and have tickle chicken roast for dinner.
