The Pride: Chapter 6

As I wake up, i think of ways i can escape. I open my eyes, and see a fish basket? "Why is a fish basket here?" I ask myself. I look around to see if the human was around, but they were nowhere to be found. I was hungery, and thought to myself "one measly fish couldnt hurt." As i open the basket, i look around one more time for the human, and eat the fish. I here a small noise, and immediately cloak myself. This would be the worst time to be attacked, for it was daytime, and shadowmanes aren't the best fighters in the daytime. Once im sure that its safe to uncloak, i turn visible again, and try to go back to sleep, for i was low on energy. I wake up, and yet again, theres another fish basket. I open the basket and eat the fish, and hear the noise again, but it was louder this time. I cloak again, and after awhile, i uncloak, and go back to sleep. I wake up again, open the basket, eat the fish, hear the noise, and cloak. While im cloaked, i start to think that this human might not be that bad. I uncloak again, and go to sleep. This time when i wake up, its night time. I wander around the box, when i hear the noise again. I dont cloak this time, feeling confident. Then the noise gets louder, loud enough that i can understand it, then i realize "wait, strawberry, is that you!" I say, excited. "Yes, but you have to be quiet, or your gonna blow our cover!" Strawberry said. "How many of you are here?" I ask. "All of us." Strawberry replied. "Have you tried jumping out yet?" Mufasa asked. "Not yet." I replied. I charge up my jump and leap out. "Lets go home." I say. Then we make the journey back.
