The easiest way I have found to steal their eggs is with a rock drake. When invisible, the magmasaurs can't see you at all until you steal an egg so it's very easy to see which egg you want and then run with it. Another good option is the maewing as their jump and glide really helps when stealing the eggs. Also remember you can hold right-click on pc to parachute down.
