Use an industrial grinder for amber instead of using 103.5 amber you only need 34.5. Also use decor flowers like snake plant, they rarely filter potent dust out the air, store this for use in this tonic to save you some amber. Use at level 93 with all engram points to be able to get every engram by level 100 after the tonic. Also make sure to empty your inventory as your stats reset and you will be overencumbered.
