Amethyst sat in his cramped hiding place, waiting.

Soon the sound of wings flapping signalled the arrival of the crystal heir, watching from the shadows, he saw it fly near. Bluefeathers made a slight rustling noise from where she was hiding in the trees, enough to get it to turn to see what had made it, suddenly Obsidian dive-bombed it and pinned its wing to the ground with her talons, as Lupus appeared from the other side and held its other wing, Amethyst flapped out of his hiding place and drove a hollow spear filled with pulmonscorpius venom into its neck, its struggles got weaker and slower until it collapsed onto the ground, he flew off back to a cavity in a huge tree as Obsidian carried the heir in her talons.

Back in the hollow tree, Bluefeathers pulled out the bright red crystals in its head, as they left it's body, they changed to Kaleidoscopic rainbows, then she replaced them with different primal crystals.
