To make Cloth Shirt, combine Fiber for 5 seconds. The Cloth Shirt unlocks at level 3 and requires 3 Engram Points.
Cloth armor, gives 10 armor a piece and reqiures fiber- also requires hide for boots and gloves. Can be somewhat okay for damage reduction- but it's not great.
All in all, the armor is just... meh.
