To make Cloth Gloves, combine Fiber, and Hide for 5 seconds. The Cloth Gloves unlocks at level 3 and requires 3 Engram Points.
By killing enough alpha raptors or looting enough blue and yellow cave crates you can end up with a full mastercraft or even ascendant cloth set.
