Turn right at the first fork, turn right again , turn right inbetween the two big mushrooms, go straight to green crystal, turn left at the ledge, clear animals, go through cave like hole watch for onyx, at fork turn right, next fork turn left follow the crystal, you’ll hit a ledge you could go straight down or left both are the same, you’ll hit ruines with explorer note then turn left next fork turn right keep going straight you hit a ledge and some ruins you can either use grappling hook or pass through ruines but get to that lighted landing towards the left once there look at the wall towards the left follow the vines there’s a triangle like rock use grappling hook and climb up into it follow it straight to the artifact.
