To make Ossidon Saddle, combine Fiber, Metal Ingot, and Hide in a Smithy for 10 seconds. The Ossidon Saddle unlocks at level 74 and requires 40 Engram Points.
This seems pretty easy to get, especially considering it goes on a giant murder primate with armor. At lvl 74, you'll already have a bunch of metal and hide and fiber available.
