To make Tek Jump Pad, combine Metal Ingot, Element, Polymer, and Crystal in a Tek Replicator for 5 seconds. The Tek Jump Pad unlocks at level 70 and requires 30 Engram Points.
Basically if you jump onto this thing, it'll launch you into the air hence the name. I've seen people use this to go from one place to another by chaining the jump movement that the jump pad causes.
