To make Tek Crop Plot, combine Element, Metal Ingot, Polymer, Crystal, Sand, and Black Pearl in a Tek Replicator for 5 seconds. The Tek Crop Plot unlocks at level 104 and requires 32 Engram Points.
I thought this wouldn't need a greenhouse. It apparently still does. The additional inventory slots are nice though.
