To make Lance, combine Flint, Hide, Pelt, Fiber, Obsidian, and Metal Ingot in a Smithy for 5 seconds. The Lance unlocks at level 32 and requires 30 Engram Points.
if you find these in a drop, TAKE THEM WITH YOU. if you later ever get a industrial grinder, grind the lance and its going to give you a nice amount of metal. even luckier if the lance is a higher tier, ive seen a ground up lance give around 800 metal once.
