To make Desert Goggles and Hat, combine Hide, Fiber, Silica Pearls, Crystal, and Silk in a Smithy for 5 seconds. The Desert Goggles and Hat unlocks at level 28 and requires 7 Engram Points.
Stupid it requires silica pearls and crystal for basically essential early game armour on scorched earth.
