Their torpor drains VERY fast, so bring tons of Narco or just use an Argent to haul this guy to your base and tame him there.

Found near the red woods. Specifically in the middle of the carno island and the 2 mountains/volcanoes above the carno island.

So to any new player that just enter redwood and wondered: “what are these dodo like boys?” Well let me explain in 1 sentence, ahem…imagine a dilosaraus with the speed of a raptor,as annoying if not way more annoying and is a pain in the ass while exploring redwood

This is a creature in real life. It’s called Gastornis. SO COOL. But srsly so creepy

Watch out, these little F***ers like to pick at EVERYTHING they hunt in groups and can overwhelm there enemy pretty fast, if you want to be safe of these little f***ers than get ready. Base: -Spike walls -bear traps anyway about these little f***ers combat they are fast so you may need a bola and pike/sword. If you want to tame these f***ers you can bola them and keep your tranqs close. OW this lil f***er!!

They are great for most island caves. I usually use them for south and lava cave because they flap right over lava. Then I took one in the yeti cave... yeah um... don’t do that. It won’t end well for you or your birb...

These guys are the worst. I knocked out my first quetz, and as soon as it fell to the ground, a pack of ten of these killed it before my tribemate and I could land on our argy to kill them

They are the best creature for the artifact of the massive or lava cave. I went in there with my terror Bird and it was easy because I could glide across gaps and I was also fast enough to outrun most things in the cave. And my terror Bird was fully mutated so I was also able to kill the majority of the things in there.

If your gonna tame one bring bio-toxins, also make sure you’re in the RedWoods but are also near the swamp, that way you’ll have access to Sarcos and Titanaboas that’ll have prime meat.

In order to get away from this creature you must kill it with a sword or a fabricated pistol

I was running along on my raptor and a flock of 10 ganged up on me. Level 32 raptor didn’t stand a chance against ten level 4 terror parrots. I barely made it out alive if it wasn’t for my pike and six shooter.

If you’re trying to tame something in the Redwoods, just take it out of there with an Argy or Quetz and put it in a cage. If you don’t, a flock of Terror Birds are guaranteed, and they’ll turn your tame into lunch

These guys are tankier than they look! They are like the upgraded version of raptors but without the pounce attack

The net gun easily sits them down to be tranq

They won’t die when you want them to. And they die when you try to knock them out

I saw one kill a parasour in front of my eyes. I literally got away just in time. Funny, I met one near a swamp, traveling to the center of the map. STAY AWAY FROM IT IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER!!!!

It is a alternative to the raptor if you wanna glide but you need to be high level to have the stuff :/ but I would say bola it then use Tranq darts or arrows

There cowards nuicance so give em a shot gun to the head

These guys are found in Redwood forests mostly and will NOT hesitate to attack you. Unless you have raptors or up, I recommend just walking away before they see you :)
