I’m not sure if it’s a bug or what but it’s happened a few times for me that if I’m too close to a mount or tame I brought with me looking for these that they will get scared and fly away even after showing hearts emote at beginning of taming process.

*Easy Trap*

For Taming:

- Wear Ghille suit

- Chitin in the last inventory slot

- Crouch near the little tame to get him to come near with hearts

- Trap him in with standing torches or wooden chest AND a wooden sign

- if you don’t move forward this whole process he will be trapped and if you continue not to move while taming you’ll have your Wings EZ.

A raft helped me a lot when it was over water

On lost island river near green obeliks you can find a lot of them dont wear any citin armor cuz they will attack you and make sure cryo your Tamed mount. Put your last slot a lot of citin make a raft and go back and forth on the river many of them will come to you eventually and land on your raft feed one you like and mark it on the menü and tail it ve carefull it will come back for more food if you can not give food in time it will ne angry and attack you a little and run away dont miss feeding time dont forget when you give them Fırst citin your count down start either feed ör not feed them if you can not tame them in time they will die from hunger

Just tested this out sure it would fail and was stunned when it didn't. While sinos are frightened off by most tames, one important thing that doesn't scare them... tamed sinos. This means after you tame the first one you can keep it with you and use it to glide around the dangerous swamps where they live without having to cryo it when you see another high level. Absolutely game changing for me right now.

This may not be the best way for most but I found if you run around with a bloodstocker sinomacrops agro on bugs so you can draw them out making them easier to find.

Warning I believe they do increased damage to bugs so be mindful of your BS or it will kill you.

Tame on Lost Island:

Easy find in Stego Swamp (60,80)

Build Raft or bring tools

Bring 100 or so chitin (Make sure its in last slot)

Once you find it, stand still about 15-30m away and it will come for feeding.

If it flies over water use raft and repeat 3rd step. (Easy and ideal method)

You actually want it to fly over water, this will allow you to feed it very often every 10-30secs it will land on raft.

!!Careful in Swamp area Kapros and Barys. I usually kill or kite them with maewing or pt!!

The best place to find them is in the canyon at the bottom of the map before you get to scorched earth zone. It is next to the green obelisk. There are dozens in there.

Don’t wear a full ghillie suit. Ghillie makes it almost impossible for them to see you and makes taming much harder. Wearing ghillie I was able to only tame sinoma’s that took 1 or 2 feeds. Ditched the ghillie and quickly got 2 lvl 145’s

For some reason it eats chitin so don’t wear chitin armor then it willl eat you

Not only do they aggro on chitin armor, if you are flying a Lymantria they will attack your moth. This is useful in luring them out to tame, especially if you’re working with a friend, but be careful!

People think I don't like you survivors the truth is I'm just a bit touchy. people don't ever think about letting me come to you because you big scary survivors are enough to frighten me away when you come marching up.I am a passive tame and I like a certain food that comes from bugs on the beach but I only eat it if you put it in your last Inventory slot and if I approach you. If you haven't guessed already I like chitin and that's it but when you feed me don't just leave me slyly follow me around until I'm hungry again then feed me until Im done.

I hope you scar... I mean friendly survivors use this information well

Walk around it, when you see the hearts it will fly towards you. Feed it when it lands, and repeat. After you feed it it will run so make a trap or just find it.

Much much easy to get once you have one, tame a low level then go after a better one, they eat lots of chitin when using

Do not I have other tamed dinos around or it will run away from you

Use the canoe and they land right next to you to enjoy the ride and some snacks. Pop some chitin in your last slot and wait it out.

When taming find one flying above the ocean and use a boat it will land on boat every time just float under it with boat

Don’t chase it too much or it will attack you - let it come to you

They are just like tapejaras if you scare them they can fly cross map so make sure you keep an eye on where it goes if you scare it
