If your taming one you can just use raw fish and the best part is that you don’t have to go under water. When they are hungry again they come to you

To tame these clowns you HAVE TO PEN THEM IN. I tried taming like 5 now and they just run off so you can’t tame them

When wearing saddles , you can hunt anything except for Cnidaria

In level 13 in the beqch i saw in the water and then soothing balm i feed some raw meat i unlock the saddle and tada i name this ichthyosaurus dolphin thingy i name it loid Henderson or loid for short

You should really just use kibble for these guys, it’s way quicker and it’s simple anyways

There easy to tame with a scuba tank and helmet (and flippers if you want) just tame a turtle and bring it to the ocean and they all come to you just use a few regular kibble on Xbox and it’s yours

So far I am trying to tame my own Ichthy. A tip for anyone who is trying to tame one. If your on mobile dont make a saddle and make sure to upgrade your Oxygen first.

Nothing will attack you or your icthy unless you dismount

This thing would run to the shore and die while u taming it.(or sometimes seen a random one come out of sea surface and die) Make sure to tame it in deep sea or use a trap.

These things are frustrating to tame. At first, it follows you everywhere, after giving it a food it will wander off and run away when approached.

Be careful I tried to tame multiple of these things and a manta came and killed me.BRING HELP IF YOUR TAMING THESE

If your playing ASA, don’t even bother trying to tame one of these. Instead get yourself a beezlebufo, so much easier to tame, and can walk on land too, BONUS!

The easiest way to tame itchy, get scuba gear & a tamed megladon or sarco, also have lots of raw fish in your hot bar, they like to cuddle tamed animals while eating and then move on after 3 feeds so you have to follow it and wait for it to get hungry, takes about 10 minutes overall, no way you can do it with out scuba gear tbh... overall the sarco is better than Megladon and itchy..

Best underwater tame in mobile 😁 They don’t agro anything and you can shoot off his back 👍

TAME WITH A BEEZELBUFO! I tamed one with little to no effort in an area swarming w Meglodons, Mantas, and those stupid glowing jellyfish azzholes (since Ichys tend to attract these creatures) and even though I kept getting swarmed, all I did was jump to shore where I was out of reach to be attacked, but still in range to attack w the Beezle’s long tongue. Works like a charm. Once you’ve eliminated most aggro’d creatures, u can just go for taming it unhindered, all u gotta do is follow it. PLUS if u run out of food, literally just hop onto land and get some raw meat, come back, and resume feeding. Simple as that, 10/10 recommend taming w Beezelbufo.
