I saw my T-Rex was great with carrying it, had like 400 in my Rex and she was still fine with carrying it (barely any levels into weight)

On the island these can be found on a hill in the middle of an island between 70:50 and 80:40 (toward the bottom of the map)

I tested the bronto lunar biome strategy on 1x official. You farm the crystal from the grass there. I collected 15k within 300 feet of distance. Hands down best way to ever farm crystal but it is not easy for beginners. I would have died without a tek canteen because I was unprepared. You are going to want a hazard suit or a tek suit to block the extreme temperatures and radiation. And a hover skiff is highly recommended for transporting the crystal and the bronto.

North South zone 2-3 has crystals at the top of that mountain there’s also lots of resources just watch out for the dinosaurs there are very few that are hostile bring water you’re gonna need it and lots of tamed dinosaurs for transportation of items

If you collect crystals for your greenhouse, make sure that you have to build it outside at direct sun rays to reach 300% of greenhouse effect. Otherwise greenhouse effect will be 0%.

The dododex says that picks get crystal better than an ankylosaurus does, but it's not true. I used an ascendant pick and an anky and I got roughly double the crystal with my anky!

On Genisis 2 Crystal is a joke. All you have to do is get a low level Tek Stryder with the excavation rig and a Tek dedicated storage.

We got these within a few days of playing. Link the stryder to it and put a piece of crystal in the storage. Once crystal asteroids roll into space take your Stryder out and go ham.

I kid you not we had two of us out there and we completely capped a dedicated in 30 minutes (1800 stacks of crystal!!!)

MAGMASAUR.I truly believe it is now the best harvesting dino out there. Get one of those and just pump weight. I now use it to harvest whatever i need. Stone wood metal obsidian crystal. It does it all.

How funny, I got from all crystals only stone when I use stone pickaxe

The best way I found to farm crystal is to kill a lot of golems. They drop a nice amount of crystal, but also some obsidian and metal (they drop sulfur and stone too but there's better ways to get it) You just need a good giga and an argy to carry all the crystal and obsidian to your base. This farm is very useful if you have a base at the desert/area that spawn golems in your map.

A great way to get Crystal is to go to the lava cave and take a few steps in and mine it with a metal Pickaxe.

I find crystal on top of like rock hills and a tip is if you see argis by a rock hill there will be crystal but look there might not be but you can still kill them anyways
