Hey Lamprey we actually implemented a minor swearing rule on discord I copied it here it is.

Rule type 2: Words

Certain words shall be prohibited on this server such as the f word or the d word (not d*mn) hell can only be used in certain contexts and not say someone should go there.

If racial slurs are used that will result in a trial (memes follow the same rule) NSFW is also prohibited.

If you want us to up the ante and say no swearing in general I’ll talk to harpocrates, I’m just tryna get as many fanfictioners as possible on the server for better cooperation.

The issue with writing stories on the discord dates back to the original discord server. All the ogs started writing there, and they decided to only write there, and more than half of the people couldn’t get discord. It kinda split the community from ogs like snek, DTG, and bob. It caused some problems, mainly splitting the community, as said above. The discord was never a bad idea, it was only writing discord exclusives that was the issue.

I thought gallimimus was an ornithomimid, is that a sub-class of theropod or something? Also, another example of herbivorous theropods is therezinosaurus and other therezinosaurids, which are all herbivores, and probably didn’t go on a savage murderous rampage the moment you go near them, unlike how they do in Ark… *shivers*, murderous tickle chicken of doom…

I’m starting up a thing where basically you can ask for the rights for my fictional Ark stuff from fanfictions, e.g locations or creatures, characters probably wouldn’t work, but creatures would, once you have the rights you can use them in your stories, so you could have a ferociraptor from Apex Predator in your stories, or you could shove in a Dracodon or something.

Seems we've all got a lot in common. Loki is also my favourite, although I admit I know a lot more about Greek mythology rather than Nordic myths. I am also Christian, and thank you for your kind words about my stories, but I don't know what all of you write.

Thanks for that, I wasn’t sure about argentinosaurus cuz I’d heard about other really big sauropods and I wasn’t entirely sure. But you’re actually wrong about the t-Rex. The Rex in game is, according to Ark lore, a fictional tyrannosaurus subspecies called Tyrannosaurus Dominus, not a tyrannosaurus Rex. But tribes still call it the Rex. I got that info from the ‘Rex’ dossier.

Dilo, if your confused about the post I’ll sum it up.

Basically snek said that we destroyed the community and she only sees immature kids whining about an ark server (only one guy talking about an ark server btw) and then ended off the main part that started this with “sometimes I wish I never started this community.” I’m not saying this to start anything, but just in case you were curious and wanted to know, that’s the summed up version of what happened.

So, I guess I’m finally doing it. I’m going to do Terran federation in king titan, and just restart it. Now that genesis has released, all the explorer notes have been released, and now there’s some wrong information in the story. Also, this going to start somewhere around 20 years in to the war, so a lot of tek gear has been manufactured and all that.
