One of the easiest locations to get a decent amount of them is on Lost Island. In between the lava, redwoods and snow biome is a large and deep lake. It's a safe location to go and dive down to with a bary or other swimmers.

As the top comment said. Go to water sphere in crystal isles. Bring an anglerfish, a basilosaurus and a dunkleosteus.

Clear the area of evil fishy and jelly using basilo.

If you run the deathworm cave you can get a fair amount of these, with the benefit of leech blood, deahworms horns and shitloads of chitin

On Lost Island there’s a big lake next to a river with geysers. In the bottom of that lake there’s a ton of black pearls, more than you can carry. Try not to drown, you’ll encumber faster than you think.

I got around 100-150 Black Pearl's from killing a alpha mosa

Dunky, tearing up the ocean has proven to collect some and they’re tough so not a bad choice especially with some back up.

There is a lake near the geysers on the Lost Island with oysters with black pearls. However they are quite heavy so don’t get too greedy. B;)

If you have a mosasaur (big levell) try kiling the gigant squid (they have 50+ Black pearl) so, you can tame one easy leater

A tuso farm is a decent way of getting these on Island, Rag, and any other map with tuso spawns

Go deep down in the red zone, the same path that takes you to the rockwell terminal

There is this lake of element and a giant black rex skeleton on a giant rock

On the lake shore you will find obsidian, metal, and black pearls

Gather it and get back up to your base

Better go there with a drake, or bring tons of climbing picks

Best way to farm black pearls is on abb, go down the rad zone to the pink water and on the beaches there are pearls everywhere(bring a spino or meglo)

If you are trying to make broth you can get from sabertooth salmon with otter

So apparantly corrupted creatures give black pearls, anglergel and stuff luke that when they die, i found this out while on ark, (had super high drop rates so on officail its probly super rare) also corrupt rexes drop the most i find.

Go to fertile lake on ab, cuz there are a ton of trilobites there. It’s an easy (but slower) way to get black pearls. Harvest with angler (manta gets pearls too sometimes) and enjoy the riches. After just a little bit of grinding on slightly increases settings (2.5 I believe) I have over 50 pearls
