The thralls consume blood packs to survive.

To tame you have to complete missions that have a vault involved

Thralls can gather resources for you if you make them

I find them hard to organize into army’s, maybe a feature could be added to make it easier.

I've found that putting a Thrall into any of its helper modes and then leaving the area, they immediately stop working. Coming back you have to cryo them and then set them to it again before they start. This is the same for logging off and back on. This has to be a bug, because otherwise they're more headache than they are worth.

You can get tamed thralls via the missions in the city

So i had a single player valguero world and i decided to ( don't judge me there was no other option) spawn some in and after that i couldnt walk backwards and there were these “invisible walls” so i couldnt get into my own base, very VERY frustrating

Can be possessed by a player idk how to unposses
