List of all possible tributing rewards with no bs:

* 5 amber (uncommon)

* Quality flak helmet/chestpiece/leggings/boots/gauntlets bp

* 3 grenade items

* regular heavy miners helmet (always gives you primitive with the same stats)

* 1 soothing balm item

* Revival platform item (If it's your first time tributing this artifact)

Also gives 3 rewards at a time

If you don't know what "quality" means, it means it can spawn as primitive/ramshackle/apprentice/journeyman/mastercraft/ascendant.
