A petition to the Overseer (or Wildcard) since I heard that the Overseer is in charge of the glowing loot drops. Please change the way that a loot drop works. In my opinion the best way would be to have a green one mean either a ramshackle weapon, armor, or blueprint for either, a blue be apprentice, purple be journeyman, gold be mastercraft, and the glowing white/color changing be Ascendant.
