Kidnap a dumb seagull(extra points if it’s one that stole from you) in a windowless stone room, and whenever you have a bad day, turn up creature health regen in settings, go into the room and beat the little thief until you’re calm again. May include side effects of slight insanity, extreme happiness, and development of a god complex.
