ARK: Survival Evolved & Ascended Companion

Had a pair of Iggys (Annie and Clarabelle). We scouted a lot of places, the pair helped me gather resources, etc.

Well, I was taking Annie and just doing a routine recon when an Alpha Raptor came outta nowhere and killed Annie (it was tough, she was my 2nd tame)

Ok, I'm back at base and I have Clarabelle still alive. Well, I take her on a recon mission and find a male Iggy. After taking him and bringing him back (named him Thomas, by the way), they managed to breed, giving birth to Billy Bob.

Time passes and me and a friend are in the Redwood Forest tryna take some Smilodons, all while taking Billy Bob and Clarabelle. Unfortunately, my server wasn't set to private and some random guy popped in (at level 2, by the way) and had C4 and blew me and Clarabelle up. After the initial shock (and kicking out the player), I lost my 2nd best Iggy.

Fortunately, my brother found yet another one, a red one, and we named him Percy. We're being extra careful with him...

Moral of the story: if you don't want random players, set it.to private match or you'll lose your favorite pet
