ARK: Survival Evolved & Ascended Companion

I don't know what the heck is the matter with those stuff. Encountered pack of 3 in the red woods, killed 2 of them with my raptor and ranaway from the 300 lvl to my base which half map far. Finally, put my first step into the base, store all resources I gather, it followed me all the way across the map into my base, jumped over the barrier and went straight to me. Didn't realize until all my tames hunted it down to dust.
