I have some ideas PD,

the Caldera: either a boss, or an end game creature, it has an ape like body but it has no face, just a leech-like mouth, basically a sand worm with gorilla arms and legs, it also has large rigid spikes and it can swallow smaller creatures whole. (you decide how to balance that, I don’t know how the game works, maybe the Caldera spits them out after a bit idk.)

Frostbites: they are small weasily reptiles, kinda similar to viperwolves from Avatar, but they are skinnier and longer, they have a numbing bite which makes you not be able to see your healthbar, they run in packs.

Flumi: they are bright colored birds, or, kind of birds, you decide the design, but their function is they perch on your shoulder and they can flap their wings, which have bright bioluminescence and it stuns enemies.
