I have a creature idea: Stinky Slimefish. They are fish that have mutated and now their skin is made of a slimy substance rather than scales. Slippery, theyre hard to catch and their slimy skin is unappetizing to most predators. However, one creature eats Stinky Slimefish as the slime acts as a coagulant for their blood: Hotheaded Hammerheads. These sharks have extremely hot blood which does damage to anything it comes into contact with, and is capable of boiling water. In order to not fry its body Hotheaded Hammerheads must eat the Stinky Slimefish's skin to cool its body down. As a result, Stinky Slimefish will sometimes shed parts of its skin and blood, resulting in a brown fog in the water to cover its tracks and to emit a terrible smell which deters any Hammerheads, hence its name "Stinky Slimefish"

Yes Im 100% serious. As a reward maybe they drop their slime skin for the Slimefish and Hammerheads drop blood remnants for crafting items.
